A super-strong, specialist material that is perfect for use as a boom material on hinges, Ronnies/Spinners and combi rigs, whether you use crimps or still prefer to use knots.

Crimp Link is a low-memory 100% pure Fluorocarbon material that features the same tint used on Tint Link. It steams permanently straight, helping to ensure that your rigs remain tangle free, so you achieve consistent presentation, whichever rig you use it with. The great thing about this hooklink is that it offers balanced rigidity so the hooklink can still flex, allowing the hook bait/hook arrangement to have precise controlled movement that super stiff materials would inhibit.

The diameters supplied both offer exceptional strength, reliability and shear resistance. In essence this means you can use, and re-use booms made with Crimp Link repeatedly!

Whilst Crimp Link is perfect for the specified rigs’ applications in short lengths, the benefit of having balanced rigidity is that over longer lengths it makes a truly superb leader material, especially when used in conjunction with braided mainlines as it offers subtlety and elevated shear resistance to the end section. Straightening out longer lengths of crimp link is easy, simply by dragging the leader through clenched hands to create a little friction/warmth.
